MVP Health Care Insurance is offering a wellness benefit reimbursement request for all MVP members for Massage Therapy.

• Payments must be paid up front before reimbursement can be processed.
• All reimbursement must be processed no later than a year after service.
• Customers with other health care insurances other than MVP can ask their health care provider if they cover massage health care therapy.
